Steps for Online Services in Digital Gujarat



In Digital Gujarat when you want to apply for particular service you have to follow below steps to obtain particular service:

1) Common Service Portal Visit
Common Service Portal digitalgujarat.gov.in website Visit 

2) UID Aadhaar Validation or Email and SMS Verification with Basic Details and Upload
Citizen should create profile with basic details along with Aadhaar or Email and SMS verification procedure.

3) Online Application for Services
For individual service citizen should select service and apply for the same with online application module.

4) One Time Profile Approval or Document Approval
Citizen has to visit his preferred Jan Seva Kendra to approve online profile or documents for availing online services.

5) Online Payment Facility
When citizen apply for online service he/she can directly pay online via online payment facility on digital gujarat portal.

6)Verification of Uploaded Document and remaining details provided by citizen
After Payment of Service, Concern Staff will check relevant uploaded documents and details provided by citizen for the issuing of respective service document or certificate.

7) Service Delivery by Post/Email or Counter
For the delivery of particular document or certificate can be avail with multiple delivery channel option either by post or email or counter base facility available with Digital Gujarat.
